Application

       XFGL-WY-I and XFYL-WY-I centrifugal fans are suitable for supply and induced draft systems in thermal power plants with capacities ranging from 2 to 670 t/h. They also meet the high-pressure head performance requirements for fluidized beds. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems. Supply fans convey air, while exhaust fans handle flue gas or particulate-laden gases. Impeller service life exceeds 5 years when contaminant concentration is below 200mg/m³. Operation with higher contaminant levels is permissible but reduces service life. Maximum operating temperature must not exceed 250°C.

 Configuration

        1. Both supply and exhaust fans feature single-inlet design. Model numbers range from No. 8 to No. 31.5F, with 21 models each, totaling 42 specifications.      2. Each fan type can be manufactured in either left-hand or right-hand rotation configurations.      3. The positions of the fan inlet and outlet are indicated by the inlet angle of the air inlet box and the outlet angle of the casing. Notation: Outlet 45°/Inlet 135°.     4. The fan employs an F-type drive configuration (i.e., double-bearing structure). The motor and fan are connected via an elastic coupling for direct drive transmission.

Structural Features

1. This series of fans is designed based on aerodynamic profiles validated through over a year of model testing. It incorporates patented technologies such as "adjustable inlet" and "tapered cone inlet," along with advanced proprietary achievements including high-strength wear-resistant impellers, leak-proof bearing housings, and self-aligning axial adjustment dampers. 2. Wide range of high-efficiency operating conditions with closely spaced fan sizes facilitates easy selection of optimal efficiency points.

 3. Patented "adjustable inlet" technology. During installation, adjust axial and radial clearances between inlet and impeller. If friction occurs during operation, reposition inlet as needed. For maintenance, axially adjust inlet to disengage impeller, enabling vertical rotor extraction. The patented "tapered inlet" technology eliminates strong vortices in front of the inlet, ensuring stable air intake.

4. High-strength XFYL-WY-I Fan Specificationswear-resistant impeller. The impeller employs backward-curved single-plate blades, reducing airflow impact for enhanced stability and preventing motor overload. This overcomes issues with the original 473 model's hollow airfoil blades, which wore through, allowing internal dust ingress and vibration accidents caused by non-working area dust accumulation. Wear-prone areas of the induced draft fan blades are overlaid with specialized wear-resistant welding rods, significantly extending service life. This model boasts high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, and low noise, making it highly practical.

5. Oil-leakage-proof bearing housing. Features an overlapping oil-shedding ring that flings oil carried by high-speed rotating bearings onto the housing inner wall before draining back to the oil sump. The semi-circular aluminum oil seal facilitates maintenance and prevents friction accidents while increasing axial resistance to redirect partial oil back to the reservoir. Outer packing seals contain residual oil. A vent plug at the bearing housing top reduces internal positive pressure, ensuring leak-free operation and excellent dust resistance.

 6. Self-aligning regulating damper. Self-aligning bearings at the guide vane pivot points eliminate "dead spots" during operation and adjustment, enabling flexible, effortless, and reliable regulation while preventing motor overload.

7. Dual-support structure with domestically produced bearings and direct motor coupling ensures uniform torque transmission, reduced vibration, and reliable fan operation.

 8. Complete accessory package. Includes regulating damper, coupling guard, inlet/outlet flanges, foundation bolts for entire unit, flexible inlet/outlet connections, and vibration measurement instruments for medium/large models. Complete actuator sets, vibration dampers, and silencers are also available upon request.

 9. Comprehensive parameter documentation is provided, including:    - Weight of major components    - Static and dynamic loads    - Rotor flywheel moment    - Resistance torque curve during fan startup    - Damper resistance torque    - Overall dimensions

 10. Key Quality Assurance Measures: ① Design and manufacturing comply with national and industry standards. ② Fan performance is derived through similarity conversion based on model testing. ③ Non-destructive testing is performed per standards for impellers exceeding 2m in diameter or peripheral speeds over 100m/s.  ④ Reinforced blades are used for high peripheral speeds. Wear-prone areas of induced draft fan blades are overlaid with specialized wear-resistant welding rods (users can perform field overlay welding after wear) to extend fan service life.  ⑤ Flexible connectors are installed at both inlet and outlet ports to prevent interference between pipeline and fan deformation stresses.  ⑥ Vibration protection devices are fitted on fans size 13 and above to prevent unit damage from vibration.
