01
Overview
1. Application: XFGW-WY-I and XFYW-WY-I F-type forced draft and induced draft fans are suitable for thermal power plants.
2. Operating Environment: Forced draft fans transport air with a maximum temperature not exceeding 80°C; induced draft fans transport flue gas with a maximum temperature not exceeding 250°C. 3. Size: Both supply and exhaust fans are single-inlet designs. Supply fans are available in 13 sizes from No. 8 to No. 31.5, while exhaust fans are available in 13 sizes from No. 8 to No. 31.5. 4. Rotation Direction: Fans can be manufactured as either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. When viewed from the motor end, a fan with a clockwise rotating impeller is designated as a clockwise fan, denoted by "R"; a counterclockwise rotating impeller is designated as a counterclockwise fan, denoted by "L".

Fan Components
1. Overall Structure: Consists of impeller, casing, inlet, regulating damper, and drive assembly.
2. Impeller: Features backward-curved blades made from single plates cut at an angle, welded between a conical arc-shaped front plate and a flat rear plate.
3. Casing: Fabricated as an integral spiral-shaped shell by welding ordinary steel plates.
4. Inlet: Manufactured as a converging streamlined integral structure, bolted to the front cover plate assembly.
5. Drive Assembly: Consists of the main shaft, bearing housing, and coupling. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The bearing housing is an integral structure employing ball bearings.
