01
Application
XFYS-E*QS No.28–No.37F centrifugal induced draft fans are suitable for induced draft systems in 300MW generating units at thermal power plants. They may also be used for gas discharge where temperatures do not exceed 200°C.
02
Structural Features
The induced draft fan adopts a dual-side air inlet and dual-support structure. The entire fan comprises a rotor assembly, casing, inlet, inlet plenum, regulating damper, linkage assembly, slide bearings, handwheel mechanism, and forced lubrication system. Wear-resistant measures applied to the impeller blades extend the fan's service life. The main shaft is made of alloy steel and incorporates an oblique conical inlet. The casing possesses excellent rigidity and is paired with a dual-speed motor and universal coupling. This not only ensures stable airflow during directional changes but also enhances the fan's modulation efficiency. The rotor assembly undergoes dynamic balancing, with key components machined using CNC equipment to improve precision. A forced oil lubrication system is integrated, enabling long-term stable operation.
03
Performance and Selection
Gas density is converted according to changes in inlet temperature and atmospheric pressure. When shaft speed varies, flow rate qv, total pressure p, and internal power Р are converted accordingly.
