Energy-Efficient Centrifugal Blower Series | XFTJ-04, XFTJ-06 Series High-Pressure Blowers

Application       XFTJ-04 and XFTJ-06 series blowers can replace certain Roots blowers. They are primarily used in power plants, steel mills, smelting plants, chemical plants, and other enterprises requiring high-pressure, low-flow equipment and systems. Other blowers with comparable performance may also be selected. Medium temperature: 200°C (maximum 250°C). Dust and hard particles in the medium must not exceed 200 mg/m³.

 Type

The blower is a single-inlet cantilever type. The XFTJ-04 and XFTJ-06 models each feature seven sizes: № 6.3D, 7.1D, 8D, 9D, 10D, 11.2D, and 12.5D, totaling 14 sizes.      Blowers are available in right-rotating and left-rotating configurations. When viewed from the motor end, impellers rotating clockwise are designated as right-rotating blowers, denoted by "Right"; those rotating counterclockwise are designated as left-rotating blowers, denoted by "Left". The outlet position is indicated by the discharge angle of the casing. Both "left" and "right" models can be manufactured with three outlet angles: 0°, 90°, and 180°.

Structure

        The blower consists of five components: impeller, casing, inlet, base, and high-speed transmission assembly.      Impeller —— Models 6.3D~9D feature 10 large and 10 medium blades each; models 10D~12.5D add 20 short blades, all of which are forward-curved blade types.     After forming, the impeller undergoes rigorous static and dynamic balancing, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance.       Casing —— Features an integral structure to minimize leakage rates.       Inlet —— Utilizes an adjustable inlet to maintain consistent air intake clearance.       Drive Assembly — High-speed drive assembly equipped with imported bearings (for 45kW and above) and a leak-proof bearing housing.     Base — Constructed as an integrated welded structure using profile sections, mounting the casing, drive assembly, coupling guard, and motor onto a single base for convenient transportation, installation, and maintenance.

Scope of Single-Unit Supply 

       Ventilator ×1      Anchor bolts ×1 set      Coupling guard ×1      Thermometer XFTJ-04 №11.2D, 12.5D and XFTJ-06 №10D, 11.2D, 12.5D: 2 bimetallic thermometers and 2 platinum resistance thermometers.     Motor (without electrical equipment): 1 unit (subject to order contract).      Parameters provided in the performance table are calculated for air medium at gas temperature 20°C, atmospheric pressure 101325 Pa, and gas density 1.2 kg/m³.
