Small high-pressure centrifugal fans are classified into direct-coupled (standard type), coupling-type and pulley-type. 1. Installation of small high-pressure centrifugal fans: The installation of direct-coupled centrifugal fans is essentially the same as that of direct-coupled centrifugal pumps 2. Installation of small high-pressure centrifugal fans: In this type of fan, the fan shaft and motor shaft are separate and are connected via a pulley and drive belt. During operation, the rotational force generated by the motor is transmitted to the fan shaft via the pulley and drive belt on the shaft, causing the fan impeller to rotate. Therefore, the key to installing this small high-pressure centrifugal fan is to ensure that the two shafts are parallel to each other. (1) Position the small high-pressure centrifugal fan and bearing housing roughly, place shims, install the anchor bolts, remove the nuts, and level and align the foundation surface; do not pour concrete at this stage. ② Place the motor of the small high-pressure centrifugal fan on the foundation, position the shims, install the anchor bolts, remove the nuts, and level the foundation surface without pouring concrete. ③ Place a spirit level on the pulleys of the fan shaft and motor shaft to check the alignment of the shafts (adjust shims to achieve a level position). Check the parallelism of the two shafts of the fan. Draw a chalk line and measure the distances between points A, B, E and D and the chalk line. Adjust the position of the fan (or motor) until the distances between points A, B, C and D are equal. Pour concrete into the anchor bolt holes of the fan and motor, filling and levelling the surface. Once the concrete has been poured, ensure it is accurately levelled and tighten the anchor bolts. Weld each set of shims in place, and grind the foundation smooth using mixed mortar.
