How to Resolve Radiator Issues in High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans

High-temperature centrifugal fans are used in desulphurisation processes for industrial boilers; they do not corrode the blades or affect normal operation. High-temperature centrifugal fans are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. According to manufacturers of high-temperature centrifugal fans, maintenance of desulphurisation fans is required during operation. To prevent corrosion, please consider using corrosion-resistant materials. Equally important for high-temperature centrifugal fans is the heat exchanger. Should the heat exchanger malfunction, the issue must be resolved promptly. So, what is the solution? This situation is caused by gas retention within the secondary collection chamber. As the heat exchanger is not generating heat, it cannot expel the air from the exterior of the heat exchanger, resulting in no actual heat dissipation. The remedy is to close the exhaust pipe to expel the air from the exterior of the heat exchanger. If this alone does not proceed smoothly, please check whether the pressure differential is too low or the flow rate is insufficient. The remedy is to open the heat exchanger’s water supply valve, close the exhaust pipe, and completely expel the air from the exterior of the heat exchanger. If flow cannot be established, it is necessary to check whether the flow rate is too low or whether the pressure when repeatedly releasing water is too high. If a high-temperature centrifugal fan radiator emits a gurgling sound, this indicates the presence of water. In such installations, secondary collection is taking place; as there is gas that cannot be vented, the exterior of the radiator also appears abnormal. After implementation, open the vent pipe and close the water supply valve. Regular automatic checks are usually required, and any issues must be resolved promptly. If the radiator is functioning correctly, the induction draft fan and axial fan will not exhibit abnormal behaviour. In severe cases, greater attention must be paid to the requirements, as this will affect the performance of the system. Whether the issue lies with the radiator, corrosion protection, or other factors, it is, in fact, a critical problem for any high-temperature centrifugal fan. Therefore, to ensure long-term use and conserve resources, careful maintenance is required during operation.
