As a forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fan unit, this system utilizes forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fans. To a certain extent, the machine’s heat dissipation capabilities help reduce losses caused by high temperatures. Forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fans are essentially variable-flow, constant-pressure units. Under specific speed conditions, the theoretical pressure-flow curve of a forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fan must be a straight line. Due to internal losses, the actual characteristic curve is affected by the curvature of the centrifugal fan inlet. Changes in air temperature or density can have a significant impact. For a given air intake volume, lower air temperature (lower air density) results in lower pressure. For a specific pressure-flow characteristic curve, this represents the output and flow characteristics when the blower operates at a certain speed. During operation, for a given flow rate, if the temperature of the intake air decreases, the required output increases. Forward-curved centrifugal fans require frequent flow adjustments based on the host machine’s load. Currently, energy-saving adjustment methods for fans in stone processing enterprises are relatively outdated, with throttle valves being the standard approach. When using throttle valves, the fan’s flow is primarily regulated by an adjustment valve or throttle damper. Forward-curved centrifugal fans have high throttle losses, resulting in throttle losses exceeding 50% at low loads. Since this operation falls outside the high-efficiency range and involves significant throttling losses, energy waste is severe. However, by adjusting the speed of the forward-curved centrifugal fan, throttling losses can be reduced, allowing the fan to operate continuously within the high-efficiency range. Adjusting the rotational speed of the forward-curved centrifugal fan to regulate airflow is a method that reflects the latest energy-saving trends in the building materials industry. To ensure the forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fan operates effectively, it is necessary to promptly eliminate any factors that may hinder its operation and avoid environmental interference. The fan must not be disconnected from the power supply; please take care to protect the power cord during use. To prevent circuit burnout, do not use multiple high-power appliances simultaneously. This is detrimental to the normal operation of the forward-curved cabinet-type centrifugal fan.
