The reliability of small stainless steel high-temperature fans is a critical area of systems engineering. Its mission is to study the reliability of systems or machines at every stage—from design and manufacturing to operation—by conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, and to control, evaluate, and improve them, thereby achieving a comprehensive assessment of both design reliability and economic efficiency. First, what is reliability? The classic definition of reliability can be summarized as “three conditions and one function,” namely, the ability of a system or device to perform a specified function within a specified time under specified conditions.
