Corrosion-resistant centrifugal fans should be cleaned frequently. Only by doing so can the product’s significant advantages during operation be ensured. These fans are now widely used for material handling due to their low airflow, high static pressure, and excellent exhaust and air supply performance.
1. The formal commissioning of the corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan must be performed prior to trial operation.
2. Before using the machine, please verify that there are no objects obstructing rotation within the corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan or the ductwork.
3. The corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan will not operate if the air inlet and outlet are not fully connected to the ductwork. Otherwise, the motor may burn out due to overload.
4. Do not allow viscous substances to mix into the conveyed gas. Additionally, the concentration of dust and hard particles in the medium must not exceed 150 mg/m³.
5. The corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan should not be started and stopped frequently. Otherwise, the motor may burn out.
6. To prevent the motor from burning out due to insufficient heat dissipation, do not block the air inlets and outlets of the fan or the cooling fins on the motor surface with debris.
7. Regularly clean dust and oil from the surface of the fan rotor to prevent damage to the rotor’s dynamic balance and increased vibration.
