Selecting an Installation Site for the 926 High-Pressure Centrifugal Fan

The 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is generally categorized into models for construction use and models for industrial use. Since the installation environments and conditions differ between these two types, it is necessary to plan in advance and fully consider their specific characteristics. The selected installation site and surrounding environment must meet future maintenance requirements. 1.1 When installing the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, avoid environments with dust, corrosive gases, humidity, direct sunlight, wind, and rain. Keep the ground around the fan clean. The motor supporting the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is highly sensitive to its surroundings; performance may frequently decline due to the factors mentioned above. Please pay special attention to this. 2.2 When installing the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan indoors, the building structure must include a wide and tall doorway to facilitate the movement and access of the fan. 3.3 To accommodate routine maintenance and ensure personnel can move freely while the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is in operation, sufficient space must be provided around the fan. 4.4. When selecting the installation location for a large 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, ensure sufficient space is provided for the housing, rotor, air chamber, adjustment doors, and other components, as well as for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance operations. The 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan uses belt drive and motor alignment. Space for the exchange pool 5.5. When determining the layout of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, it is necessary to consider not only the installation space for the fan itself but also the layout space for inlet and outlet ductwork, valves, motor wiring, lubrication systems, cooling systems, and oil/water separation equipment. Ductwork connections must be planned in advance. 6.6. When installing multiple 926 high-pressure centrifugal fans in the same location, sufficient consideration must be given to the spacing and layout between them to prevent mutual interference during operation. 7. For large and extra-large 926 high-pressure centrifugal fans, lifting equipment such as cranes and electric hoists must be provided. Medium and small 926 high-pressure centrifugal fans require frequent replacement of components such as impellers.
