For centrifugal fans commonly used in power plants, the design and implementation of safety devices have yielded the following practical results: Technical solutions demonstrate that these devices effectively prevent accidental entry into the centrifugal fan or other components, thereby significantly reducing the risk of personal injury and enhancing production safety. Furthermore, the design of the circular side panels has been studied; however, what are the specific benefits of using this design? The current design of the centrifugal fan motor assembly includes a mounting bracket fixed to the fan housing, positioned facing the motor shaft, while the shock absorber features an elastic damping mechanism. Based on the damping effect of the elastic shock absorbers, the device reduces motor vibration and noise during operation, improves motor efficiency, and mitigates potential safety hazards. Consequently, the new centrifugal fan prevents the ingestion of large dust particles, thereby helping to reduce damage to the fan. To enhance the damping effect of the centrifugal fan and avoid excessive fluctuations, exhaust performance tests of centrifugal and axial fans under varying positions and speeds provide standard values for parameter selection and series configurations. The predicted values are based on the multiple turbulence rules for centrifugal fans. This method is crucial for research on centrifugal fans. This paper introduces control equations and calculation methods, provides a detailed evaluation, and explains the efficiency of future applications. Currently, new centrifugal fans are driven by electric motors, enabling the delivery of varying airflow rates. The housing and impeller are made of corrosion-resistant materials capable of withstanding high temperatures, significantly improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling frame housed within the casing and the drive motor mounted on the side of the housing. If the pressure of the centrifugal fan is maintained, the system will operate in a stable state; from a structural perspective, improvements to the centrifugal fan will yield better results.
