The maintenance of large high-temperature smoke exhaust axial fans differs from that of smaller models directly connected to motors in terms of structural characteristics and importance. It requires the establishment of a comprehensive maintenance system managed by dedicated personnel. Here is a brief overview. Maintenance of large high-temperature smoke exhaust axial fans can be broadly categorized into four types: maintenance during operation, maintenance during temporary shutdowns, maintenance during scheduled shutdowns, and maintenance of the fan components. Maintenance during operation: Record the machine’s readings, bearing temperatures, cooling water status, operational stability, and other relevant data. Maintenance during temporary shutdowns: Primarily inspect impeller wear and remove debris. Maintenance during scheduled shutdowns: Inspect and maintain all machine components, including impeller lubrication, bearing lubrication, high-temperature smoke exhaust axial fan seals, coupler performance, and the high-temperature smoke exhaust axial fan housing, as well as the restoration and maintenance of various operational pipelines. Maintenance of fan components: Maintenance of the impeller and shaft, bearing adjustment, and maintenance of the intake shroud. In addition to the above, standard daily maintenance measures—such as monitoring staff fatigue and ensuring necessary conditions—must also be addressed. During production workshops, the use of fireworks, accumulation of debris, inadequate ventilation, and fire prevention measures are strictly prohibited.
