When using the T35-11 axial fan, you may encounter issues with unstable airflow. If this occurs, it can significantly impact actual operation and application. To properly resolve the issue, it is first necessary to understand the reasons behind the unstable airflow. 1. There are issues with the diodes in the four rectifiers of the T35-11 axial fan, which compromises the equipment’s efficiency. 2. The carbon brushes on the motor rotor and commutator are worn out, and the motor housing itself is damaged. In this case, first check the adjustable resistor of the T35-11 axial fan. Simply adjust the resistor value as needed. 3. The issue may lie with the T35-11 axial fan itself. The causes of unstable speed in the T35-11 axial fan include wiring problems, loose connections, short circuits, and poor contact. Additionally, if the adjustable resistor is loose, it will also affect speed stability.
