The main installation methods are as follows. 1. Horizontal Installation of the T30 Axial Fan on a Side Wall The basic requirements for installing a T30 axial fan are the same as for horizontal installation, except that the mounting bracket is supported by an inclined mechanical arm, which must have sufficient strength and rigidity. Therefore, this installation method is not suitable for the aforementioned fan. 2. Horizontal Installation of the T30 Axial Fan Secure the vibration dampers to the bottom of the fan using connecting bolts. Adjust the height of each damper using the central height adjustment shims, then secure them to the connecting steel plate welded to the T30 axial fan’s base using fixing bolts. If vibration dampers are not required for the T30 axial fan (e.g., for vibration prevention), connect the screw holes at the bottom of the fan directly to the bolts embedded in the foundation. 3. Suspended Installation of the T30 Axial Fan First, connect the vibration isolators to the fan using bolts. The vibration isolators are installed symmetrically on both sides of the T30 axial fan’s center of gravity. The T30 axial fan is mounted by inserting it directly into the suspension brackets.
