Manufacturers of mobile axial flow fans must meet strict quality standards. Defects in manufacturing and components, insufficient precision, poor material quality, inadequate strength, and manufacturing flaws can all affect the operation of mobile axial flow fans. Since the dynamic balance of the rotor must meet technical requirements, the installation precision of mobile axial flow fans plays a critical role in their performance. If installation accuracy does not meet the required standards, the operation of the axial flow fan will be compromised. The installation process of the fan involves the following key factors. Long-term misalignment of the rotor can alter the precision of dynamic balance, thereby compromising the inherent performance and accuracy of the original unit. During the operation of an axial flow fan, maintenance plays a decisive role in its performance. Mobile axial flow fans are commonly used in industrial machinery and equipment, primarily serving to directly supply air to critical ventilation systems and devices; consequently, they are widely employed in many production facilities. This underscores the importance of mobile axial flow fans in both industrial production and daily life. As a critical component of the fan, the bearings significantly impact its service life. In other words, to extend the lifespan of a mobile axial flow fan, proper bearing maintenance is essential. First, pay attention to the maintenance of the mobile axial flow fan. Regardless of the specific equipment, daily maintenance is crucial. Daily bearing maintenance requires attention to lubrication, including regular checks to ensure that the lubrication system’s parameters remain within standard ranges. Open the bearing cover to verify the lubricant level. Additionally, it is necessary to align the bearing’s centerline and check for axial and radial displacement. The design of mobile axial flow fans is typically based on ambient air pressure at room temperature. In addition to monitoring the normal operation of the bearings, any abnormalities must be addressed promptly. If an excess of lubricant is detected on the bearings, the lubricant level must be immediately restored to the standard measurement. If there is an issue with the quality of the lubricant, the bearings must be removed immediately for thorough cleaning.
