Daily Maintenance of Corrosion-Resistant Duct Fans
A corrosion-resistant duct fan is a device capable of circulating air in specific environments. Depending on the manufacturing method, they can be classified into corrosion-resistant duct fans, corrosion-resistant duct fans, and corrosion-resistant duct fans. While corrosion-resistant duct fans provide convenience for engineering operations such as coal mining and tunnel construction, they require regular maintenance due to the harsh working conditions. Specific maintenance procedures are as follows.
1. Before performing repairs, disconnect the main power supply to the corrosion-resistant duct fan and turn off the control panel.
2. Rotate the blades by hand to observe their rotation, and adjust the belt tension or clearance and the position of the side shaft assembly.
3. Inspect the gaskets and seals at all joint surfaces and replace them as needed.
4. Clean the blades, the exterior of the housing, and the exterior of the motor. If the blade surfaces are heavily oiled, wipe them down with a cloth.
5. Apply lubricating oil (grease) to all rotating parts and adjust the air valve’s transmission mechanism to improve flexibility and reliability.
6. Check the insulation resistance of the motor windings, disconnect the power supply terminals, and verify that the motor is properly grounded.
7. Verify that all electrical components inside the high-pressure blower control cabinet are in good condition, and secure all grounding terminals.
8. Verify that the air valve drive mechanism operates smoothly and reliably, that the wires are free of damage, and that the wire connectors are secure.
9. Disconnect the main power supply to the corrosion-resistant pipeline blower and verify that the power display is correct.
10. Adjust the belts and pulleys.
11. Conduct a 30-minute test run to confirm that the instrument display lights are functioning normally and there are no abnormal operations.
12. Firefighters must perform monthly manual and automatic inspections of the corrosion-resistant pipeline blower.
