During normal operation, the bearings of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan operate at a certain temperature; however, the temperature may exceed the reference value and damage the bearings. Therefore, operators must regularly monitor whether the bearing temperature of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is too high. 1. Poor quality of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan bearings. In the case of sliding bearings, poor machining quality and insufficient contact with the bearing surface are inherent issues. Defects such as cracks, fragments, and delamination may be present. For rolling bearings, damage to the rolling surfaces can compromise the stability and uniformity of the oil film, causing the bearings to overheat. 2. Excessive vibration in the high-pressure bearings of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, coupled with impact loads, severely affects the stability of the lubricating oil film. 3. Insufficient or interrupted cooling water supply to the high-pressure bearings of the 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan impairs heat dissipation, causing the bearing temperature to rise. [h/Poor lubrication quality. The purpose of lubrication is not to allow direct contact and friction between moving and stationary parts, but to create friction between a solid and a liquid. If the amount of lubricant is insufficient or its quality is poor, the moving and stationary parts will generate heat directly through friction, or the heat generated by the lubricant cannot be dissipated, causing the temperature of the high-pressure bearings to rise. 5. Poor assembly quality of the rolling bearings. When the fit between the inner ring and the shaft is too loose, or the clearance between the outer ring and the bearing housing is too large or too small. 6. The sealing felt is too tight and becomes overheated.
