High-speed axial flow fans generate strong winds and high airflow during operation. When these fans produce such strong winds, dust will accumulate over prolonged use. Although the dust can be cleaned away, there are several methods to prevent its accumulation that anyone can learn: 1. However, regardless of whether flue gas bypass heating or steam heating is used, the system requires significant modifications. 2. Improve the separation efficiency of the marble water-film dust collector to reduce the likelihood of dust and water droplets entering the high-temperature fan, thereby fundamentally resolving the issues of dust accumulation and vibration. However, due to water vapor condensation and water quality factors, achieving this with the dust collector’s existing design and operators’ habitual operating methods is typically difficult. 3. Introduce a small amount of dust and moisture into the high-speed axial fan, and install nozzles on the fan to remove dust from the rotor, thereby preventing fan vibration. This method requires minimal equipment modifications to the high-speed axial fan. Its effectiveness depends entirely on the rationality of the design. 4. When dust accumulation on the propeller of a high-speed axial fan reaches a certain level, it must be removed, and a detailed dust removal schedule should be established based on the fan’s operating conditions. 5. After cleaning the dust, ensure the high-speed axial fan is properly balanced before use. In any case, these are mostly temporary measures; they do not address the root cause of dust generation in the high-speed axial fan. You can only pay closer attention to cleaning using standard methods. The tips described above are highly effective in preventing dust accumulation in high-speed axial fans.
