 Stainless Steel Fan Structure Stainless steel centrifugal fans consist of an impeller, casing, inlet, bearing housing, main shaft, and bearing housing bracket. Primarily used for conveying corrosive gases containing acidic, alkaline, or chemical components, these fans are custom-manufactured from stainless steel materials such as 304 or 316 based on customer requirements, utilizing standardized molds. They offer advantages including corrosion resistance, high strength, large air volume, high energy efficiency, easy installation, and long-lasting durability.

 Manufacturing Specifications for Stainless Steel Fans

         1. Materials with defects such as laminations or laminar layers are strictly prohibited in the manufacturing process of stainless steel fans.

     2. The surface material of components shall not exhibit noticeable scratches; the depth of localized scratches on aluminum materials shall not exceed specified limits.

     3. The primary performance indicators of substitute materials shall meet the key mechanical property requirements of the components.

     4. Materials with rust severity below Grade B shall not be used on rotating components or on the outer surfaces of other components.

     5. Material selection shall consider the corrosive effects of the medium based on the application and operating conditions of the stainless steel fan.

     6. Requirements regarding medium temperature, dust content in conveyed gases, explosion-proof properties, and material selection economics shall be considered.
