Fan Bearings
As is well known, the bearing components of corrosion-resistant fans frequently exhibit abnormalities, necessitating mastery of essential maintenance techniques. Different common faults stem from distinct causes, and their solutions vary accordingly. Therefore, why must one understand the actual cause to resolve the issue?
1. Regularly inspect the lubricating oil supply to the corrosion-resistant fan bearings. Interruptions may lead to accidents. If oil leakage occurs from the housing, slightly tighten the anchor bolts securing the bearing end cover. For persistent issues, replace with new sealing material.
2. Under normal operating conditions, replace all bearing grease at least once every six months.
3. During operation, perform grease replacement after the corrosion-resistant fan runs for 200 hours. Subsequent replacements should occur weekly. If the grease shows no signs of deterioration, replacement intervals can be extended to every 2-4 months. During disassembly and replacement, apply the required type of grease. Only add new grease after completely removing all old grease from the reservoir.
4. Mastering this specialized knowledge enables effortless maintenance of the anti-corrosion fan's bearing components, significantly reducing anxiety over malfunctions. Should such issues recur, thoroughly investigate the root cause and implement appropriate solutions based on specific circumstances.
