After installation, stainless steel fans must undergo commissioning.

This process serves two purposes: first, to verify the quality of the fan's installation; second, to confirm that the operational statistics match the specifications provided at purchase. Stainless steel fans demonstrate excellent energy-saving and emission-reduction capabilities, sparking considerable curiosity among many users. Today, we will briefly explain how stainless steel fans achieve energy savings. By adjusting the system frequency, the stainless steel fan system maintains energy efficiency during operation. The stainless steel plate drives the centrifugal impeller, reducing the impact on the power grid during startup, improving the power factor, and lowering line losses and system costs. After system upgrades, electrical losses decrease by 10-20%. Centrifugal fans cannot be stopped beyond their application level. For continuous operation of stainless steel fans, refer to the negative pressure curve for airflow volume in the product specifications. When the duct is open, the fan's measured value drops sharply. At this point, if no preventable operations occur consecutively, deformation or sustained operation may occur. In critical situations, pay close attention to the valve switching method. If the operating pressure contains hazardous levels, the duct should incorporate a 1-degree commercial safety valve. When the duct is open to the outside, the safety valve automatically closes, regulating airflow to ensure the centrifugal fan's service life.
