Secondly, the casing and base are critical components of stainless steel fans. Typically, the casing is fabricated from materials suited to specific operating conditions, ensuring reliable corrosion and heat resistance. It is welded to the overall structure to guarantee structural rigidity.
Additionally, in stainless steel fans, the inlet adopts high-quality stainless steel plates with a streamlined tapered structure secured by anchor bolts. The core components of the stainless steel fan transmission system include the main shaft bearing, rolling bearings, bearing housing, and coupling assembly. The main shaft bearing is crafted from premium high-temperature-resistant materials and undergoes quenching treatment to ensure sufficient compressive strength.
