What are the outlet angle and rotation direction of a stainless steel fan? When selecting a stainless steel fan, factors like quality, equipment, after-sales service, and price are considered. Some may examine the fan's impeller, inlet/outlet angles, and piping. While these aspects are important, how can those unfamiliar with fans determine its outlet angle and rotation direction? Let's explore together.

For users, beyond equipment and price, selecting the inlet orientation and making trade-offs are crucial for integrating with on-site equipment and ductwork connections. This section details how to determine the inlet angle and rotation direction. Synchronizing these ensures minimal ductwork losses even when inlets and outlets are not aligned. and enhance fan efficiency.  Ensuring an appropriate inlet orientation simplifies on-site ductwork integration.  Therefore, once the angle and inlet orientation are reasonably selected,  after confirming parameters and operational conditions, the power rating of the stainless steel fan must be determined.

to indicate the direction of the stainless steel fan.  The inevitable method is to use the motor as a reference point for electric aiming, observing the stainless steel fan around the air inlet.  Only two are needed.  Suitable for transmission methods using interlocking drive belts.  Use the left hand once and the right hand once.  How to distinguish the outlet viewpoint and rotation direction of the stainless steel fan? When the impeller rotates clockwise, the reverse pointer rotates counterclockwise; when rotating clockwise, it becomes counterclockwise. In practice, the fan's airflow direction corresponds to the impeller's rotation direction. Typically, the fan's discharge direction flashes with a left or right arrow. To some extent,

a right rotation of approximately 90 degrees, a left rotation of about 180 degrees, etc., this is absolutely a clear inlet orientation.  From a fundamental perspective, construction can be completed.  The fan's winding direction is definite, and there are seven orientations regarding the inlet. Each orientation yields benefits for both left-hand and right-hand winding, resulting in 14 fan import configurations. Similarly, the main fan has 14 import orientations. Fans should be installed as exposed or concealed units based on specific building conditions and design requirements, with clear placement and mounting methods specified. Vertical generator sets should generally be placed beneath wall balconies; suspended units should be mounted at the upper portion of the building; wall-mounted units should be positioned above walls; floor-mounted units should be placed on the ground or within partition walls adjacent to walls; three-in-one units should be recessed within suspended ceilings.

Open-type generator sets should be placed directly within rooms without decorative finishing, but their exterior color should coordinate with the room's color scheme. Ground-mounted generator sets require positive pressure air supply and exhaust vents integrated with architectural finishes, with exhaust vents equipped with air filtration devices. Additionally, removable or accessible maintenance access panels must be incorporated into building designs to facilitate disassembly and servicing of the generator set's centrifugal fan, motor, and clean air heat exchanger.

Currently, vertically installed generator sets are mostly concealed on building rooftops, employing two exhaust methods: side-down exhaust from the top of the supply box.  If side-supply is chosen, low-negative-pressure fans may be used, with the generator set's inlet and outlet directly connected to two layers of louvered vents. If ceiling-down exhaust is selected, high-negative-pressure fans should be employed. The positive pressure supply outlet of the generator set can be fitted with a ventilation duct connected to multiple diffusers for downward exhaust. For vertically buried generator sets, two supply methods exist: installing louvers or other outlets with airflow filters within the ceiling cavity to receive air from the generator set's return air box via ductwork; or omitting ductwork to allow indoor air quality to enter the ceiling cavity, where it is drawn in by the generator set mounted on the ceiling.

Additionally, observe building noise control regulations when using fans. How to distinguish the outlet angle and rotation direction of stainless steel fans? This applies to fan coil units as well. For any questions, contact customer service directly.
