Xin Feng Mini Lesson--- Maintenance of High-Pressure Spray Air Blowers

High-pressure spray air blowers offer high work efficiency, rapid spraying speed, flexible operation, and reliable safety. While they can minimize water resource waste during use, how should they be maintained during regular operation?

1. After daily use of the dust suppression spray gun, spray clean water for several minutes to flush residual chemicals from the chemical tank, liquid pump, and pipelines. Then drain the clean water.

2. Operators must strictly adhere to the machine specifications when using the high-pressure spray blower. Inspect and adjust the technical condition of all components, lubricate all lubrication points, maintain cleanliness, and promptly remove mud.

3. After prolonged use, when shutting down the high-pressure spray air cannon, flush the chemical tank, liquid pump, and pipelines with water. Remove the V-belt, spray hose, nozzle, chemical mixer, and suction tube. After cleaning, store these components along with the main unit in a cool, dry location.

4. Remember: Do not store high-pressure spray air guns alongside highly corrosive substances (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides) to prevent corrosion and damage. Rubber components should be hung on walls to avoid damage from compression or folding.

Dust suppression fog guns enhance water mist's dust-settling efficacy, with particularly outstanding performance in efficiency, environmental friendliness, and energy savings. They effectively achieve environmental purification objectives.
