 At the dawn of 2026, the public lecture series "Chinese Culture Driving High-Quality Enterprise Development (Deqing Station)" and the book launch and sharing session for "The Essence of Chinese Management Wisdom: Law, Ritual, Virtue, and Path" (Deqing Station) were successfully held and concluded at Xinfeng Fanji's Third Factory Area. Organised by the Deqing County Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) and co-hosted by the Guangdong Lantai Happiness Culture Public Welfare Foundation, the event was jointly undertaken by eight philanthropic enterprises: Guangdong Yuansheng Technology, Guangdong Yizhong Precision, Guangdong Weizheng Precision, Guangdong Lingfeng Technology, Guangdong Xilong Electromechanical, Guangdong Yintian Technology, Guangdong Yaona Stage, and Guangdong Xinfeng Fan. This initiative marks the commencement of empowering social practice through China's outstanding traditional culture in the new year.

Mr Wang's lectures on "the Way of Law, Rites, Virtue and Morality"

On the day of the event, Mr Wang Xisheng, author of The Essence of Chinese Management Wisdom: Law, Ritual, Virtue and Tao, delivered a cultural presentation combining theoretical depth with practical value. The book highlights the profound heritage of Chinese cultural traditions while articulating their multifaceted value in personal development, organisational governance and societal progress. In his work, Professor Wang meticulously reconstructs the core tenets of Qu Yuan's "beautiful governance" philosophy as passed down through generations. Aligned with contemporary imperatives, he systematically elucidates the integrated Chinese governance framework comprising "rule of law, governance by ritual, governance by virtue, and governance by principle." This approach not only underscores the enduring legacy of Chinese cultural traditions but also demonstrates its vibrant practical efficacy across multiple domains, offering an illuminating blueprint for "China's governance" in the new era.

Answering questions and resolving doubts

During the Q&A session that morning, Professor Wang Xisheng addressed practical applications of traditional culture in fostering family harmony, enhancing professional performance, and personal development. Drawing upon the book's core tenets—"Law establishes order, etiquette unites the masses, virtue nurtures the heart, and the Way accomplishes endeavours"—he responded to each real-world question posed by the audience.

 Following the event, Professor Wang Xisheng delivered a special report entitled "Empowering Comprehensive Social Governance through China's Outstanding Traditional Culture". He provided a detailed interpretation of how to advance comprehensive social governance by applying "rule of law, governance through propriety, governance through virtue, and governance through principle", thereby promoting the resolution of conflicts and disputes at their source, through diverse means, and in an orderly manner. Dong Shengkuan, Member of the County Party Standing Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, emphasised the need to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. He stressed the importance of deeply grasping and better advancing the "second integration" – inheriting and developing China's outstanding traditional culture.
