Current energy-saving regulation methods for stone processing high-temperature stainless steel fans are outdated, typically relying on throttling regulation. When using throttling regulation, fan flow is primarily adjusted via control valves or throttling baffles. At high flow rates and low loads, throttling can exceed 50%. This causes significant energy waste due to throttling losses and deviation from the high-efficiency zone. However, adjusting the fan speed eliminates throttling losses, allowing the high-temperature stainless steel fan to consistently operate within the high-efficiency zone, thereby substantially reducing power consumption. It can be said that operating high-temperature stainless steel fans by adjusting their speed represents an effective energy-saving approach, reflecting the current trend in the building materials industry.
