Typically, during operation of high-pressure centrifugal fan units, personnel must ensure the unit undergoes maintenance every 3 to 6 months. The unit undergoes maintenance every 12 to 24 months. That is, maintenance is performed based on the specific application. The unit undergoes maintenance every 24 to 48 days. The basic maintenance tasks for high-pressure centrifugal fan units are primarily as follows. 1. Inspect and clean all bearing components. Replace bearing lubricants or oils, indicating standard, low-grade, or high-grade oil specifications. 2. Verify sealing integrity across all sections and remove internal contaminants. 3. Check for cracks, rust, wear, or loose screws. Address issues with blade baffles and guide vanes. 4. Inspect the coupling and its protective cover; replace worn rubber elastic rings. Additionally, meticulously examine the fixing bolts of the centrifugal fan unit for damage, promptly repairing insulation materials to prevent leaks. Simultaneously, inspect and repair shock absorbers, confirming flexibility and proper alignment. Furthermore, inspection and maintenance of the cooling water system are essential.
