Purpose and Steps for Performance Testing of High-Temperature Stainless Steel Fans The performance of high-temperature stainless steel fans is critical, as it directly impacts equipment operational effectiveness. Therefore, prior to selecting a high-temperature stainless steel fan, its performance must be measured. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of the machine's specific capabilities, enabling its rational utilization. Next, let us examine the specifics regarding this matter. Next, specific experimental techniques and operational procedures must be learned to conduct actual measurements. Results are then converted into characteristic curves and parameters. Typically, testing the performance of high-temperature stainless steel fan units requires specialized testing equipment. For instance, fan airflow measurement instruments generally employ corn-type inductive collector devices for measurement. Test air ducts primarily consist of test tubes, chalk screens, rectifier grids, etc. Pressure gauges are typically connected to the pressure measurement ports of the test air duct via connecting pipes. Before connection, ensure the pressure measurement lines are leak-free. Leaks must be repaired before use. Then, add weights to the torque arm to maintain its horizontal position. Configure the high-temperature stainless steel fan for testing and start the motor. If the torque arm is not level, add weights until level, then record the no-load torque. After testing and measurement, the air performance curve of the high-temperature stainless steel fan must be plotted based on classified and calculated measurement data. Parameters obtained from the experiment can also be converted into dimensionless quantities to plot the dimensionless performance curve of the high-temperature stainless steel fan.
