Note that fans with direct-drive motors can be cleaned without disassembly. Additionally, ensure blockages in the centrifugal bearing cooling water lines are cleared. Second, when cleaning and inspecting the adjustment mechanism, verify all components rotate freely. Furthermore, the centrifugal explosion-proof fan assembly must be positioned on a level base using tilted shims. During on-site assembly, effectively protect the machined surfaces of the base to prevent issues like corrosion. When placing the base onto the foundation, use a pair of diagonal shims for leveling. Furthermore, during installation, personnel must pay particular attention to ensuring a tight fit between the bearing housing and the centrifugal explosion-proof fan base. Typically, the horizontal runout measured on the main shaft using a level gauge should not exceed 0.2/100. The horizontal runout measured on the bearing housing plane using a level gauge should not exceed 0.3/100. Furthermore, when assembling the housing, its position must be confirmed in conjunction with the rotating shaft. Simultaneously, ensure the clearance between the impeller inlet and the housing inlet of the centrifugal explosion-proof fan unit remains within the specified range. During adjustment, minimize the clearance value to enhance the fan's operational efficiency. Additionally, during positioning, ensure no misalignment occurs between the fan shaft and motor shaft. Radial positioning deviation must not exceed 0.05mm, and angular deviation must not exceed 0.2/100.
