How Explosion-Proof High-Temperature Fans Are Installed

How Explosion-Proof High-Temperature Fans Are Installed7The configuration and positioning of explosion-proof high-temperature fans vary in content and degree based on the precision requirements, drive methods, speed, and output of different models. Therefore, it is crucial to install explosion-proof high-temperature fans according to diverse conditions. 1. Clean the surface of the foundation concrete and verify its levelness. If unevenness exists, adjust the surface to achieve levelness. 2. Using the fan base as a reference, insert shims between the fan base and the foundation surface to allow mortar flow during drying. Adjust the level using a spirit level to ensure the fan base is perfectly horizontal. 3. For standard fan installation, prepare rectangular shims (steel plates) of varying thicknesses and stack them for leveling. For explosion-proof high-temperature fans driven by couplings, check alignment via the coupling, then weld and secure after leveling. Insert buffer plates on both sides of anchor bolts and use adjustment bolts during leveling. 4. Anchor bolt holes in the base must be perpendicular to the anchor bolt's square holes. 5. The gap between the anchor bolt holes and the foundation concrete must be filled with sufficient mortar to ensure the strength of the concrete structure. When installing explosion-proof high-temperature resistant fans with critical or high-precision requirements, mortar must be injected into the holes embedded with anchor bolts. After the mortar has fully hardened, perform leveling adjustments. Once installation accuracy requirements are met, mortar must be injected into the gaps between the foundation and the foundation concrete. 6. After the mortar has fully cured, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts. 7. The excavation and grouting process is critical to the overall installation of explosion-proof fans. It not only fills the space between the foundation and the foundation concrete but also significantly impacts load transfer and mechanical rigidity support for the explosion-proof high-temperature resistant fan. Therefore, during construction, special attention must be paid to soil shrinkage and fragmentation, employing reasonable construction methods. 8. Generally, the base and chassis of large explosion-proof high-temperature resistant fans are separate. For split-type explosion-proof fans, the casing is divided into several sections. During installation, first install the fan base and bearing seat using the aforementioned method. Then sequentially adjust the stator and rotor casings, followed by the rotor and upper cover. When installing critical explosion-proof high-temperature resistant fans with stringent requirements, use upper and lower tilt shims during adjustment. Before assembly, inspect all mating surfaces for burrs, curled edges, deformation, etc. During assembly, maintain cleanliness of ground surfaces to prevent damage. When assembling the housing, avoid contact with the rotor and do not impose additional loads on the rotor.
