You may not be aware that, provided it does not affect the performance or aesthetic quality of the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke extraction fan, it is possible to combine riveted and welded components. However, several conditions must be met when carrying out such joining. So, what conditions must be met? I will now analyse this issue. In fact, the requirements regarding this issue can be summarised into seven main aspects. Firstly, the requirements for the impeller of the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke extraction fan must be met. Under normal circumstances, the fan must be kept within the permissible range. Apart from the flat impeller, other impeller housings are typically joined radially. Secondly, there are requirements regarding the housing. The joints of the housing’s side panels must be parallel or perpendicular to the edge of the air outlet. Thirdly, the inlet requirements for the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke exhaust fan must be met. Generally speaking, if the impeller diameter of the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke exhaust fan is large, for example 400 mm or greater, the air inlet can be connected to the annular joint near the junction of the annular surface and the conical surface. Fourthly, the requirements for the adjustment door. This is because the cylinder plate and flange ring of the adjustment door also have strict requirements regarding the number of splines. Therefore, care must be taken to avoid evenly spaced holes in the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke exhaust fan. Fifthly, the requirements for the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke exhaust fan. Generally, for cylinders exceeding 100 mm in height and collectors formed by a circular surface, circumferential welding occurs at the contact points. Sixth, when a cylinder exceeding 100 mm in height contacts an ellipsoid or sphere to form a complete fluid flow path, the joint may require gas welding. In addition to the above points, the requirements regarding the centre of the cabinet-type centrifugal smoke extraction fan must also be met. For collectors with a diameter exceeding 1000 mm, two or three components may be joined together. In such cases, the machine will not be affected.
