I’m not sure how many of you are familiar with centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans for cabinets, but many workplaces now use this type of equipment. In fact, this equipment differs significantly from other similar products. For example, the impeller in this unit is primarily a forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal corrosion-resistant fan that draws air in from one side. The overall design of the centrifugal corrosion-resistant fan features horizontal air inlets and outlets. In practical use, these fans offer numerous advantages. The square air inlets and outlets are specially designed for direct connection to air ducts. Since they utilize motors specifically designed for air conditioning systems, these fans operate with minimal noise, ensuring stable performance and excellent durability, making them suitable for long-term use. To meet the diverse needs of users, manufacturers have specially designed centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans in various specifications to facilitate user selection. Classified by diameter, the main diameter of the unit ranges from 140 to 500 mm, with a size of 16, an airflow rate of 130 to 7,280 m³/h, and a total pressure of 45 to 810 Pa. We understand that noise requirements vary depending on the application. For example, some environments require low noise levels. In such cases, a centrifugal corrosion-resistant fan with noise-reduction features should be selected. This type of centrifugal corrosion-resistant fan is constructed from galvanized steel plates, with the housing made of color-coated panels containing noise-reducing materials, and the frame made of aluminum alloy. Additionally, filters are installed at the air inlet and outlet. If noise reduction is not required, standard centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans can be selected. All components of this type of fan are made of galvanized steel. Currently, centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans are widely used for ventilation in hotels, office buildings, public spaces, restaurants, conference rooms, shopping centers, and other similar venues.
