When performing actual ventilation operations with Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fans, it is important to select the appropriate model. As everyone knows, there is a significant difference between the ambient temperature and the temperature of the grain. Therefore, ventilation is typically performed during the day, with attempts made at night. So, when ventilating, should I choose a Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan or an axial flow fan? In fact, the primary purpose of ventilation is to minimize the temperature difference between the ambient air and the grain, thereby reducing condensation issues. Furthermore, the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is primarily used for cooling. At night, when humidity is high and air temperatures are low, it not only reduces water consumption but also provides a cooling effect. When using the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, condensation may occur on doors, windows, and walls during the initial stages of ventilation, and slight condensation may appear on surfaces. When this occurs, the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan should be turned off promptly, windows opened, and then the axial fan turned on. As needed, to expel the hot, humid air inside, the grain surface must be turned. If an axial fan is used, condensation will not occur as it does with the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan. Furthermore, under continuous ventilation, the grain temperature will steadily decrease. In contrast, when axial fans are used for ventilation, their main advantages include better cooling efficiency, lower energy consumption per unit, flexible control over ventilation timing, and ease of operation. The disadvantages are that the airflow volume is smaller than that of the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan, ventilation takes longer, and the cooling effect is not as pronounced. Generally speaking, axial fans are recommended for cooling purposes. Typically, the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan is selected when the specific application requirements are clearly defined. The advantages and disadvantages of the Type 926 high-pressure centrifugal fan are also very distinct. Its main advantages include significant cooling and moisture removal effects. The disadvantages are high energy consumption per unit, insufficient ventilation frequency, and a tendency toward condensation.
