Criteria for Classifying Corrosion-Resistant, High-Temperature Fans

Currently, there are many different types of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature fans available on the market. When selecting a corrosion-resistant, high-temperature fan, users may need to pay closer attention to these various options. However, understanding the different types of corrosion-resistant, high-temperature fans in advance can make the selection process much easier. To facilitate differentiation, we will classify these fans based on their distinct characteristics. When categorizing corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant fans, classification can be based on various criteria. For example, these fans can be classified according to their rotation direction. In practice, we can use the following method: Stand at one end of the motor and observe the fan’s rotation, focusing primarily on the direction of the impeller’s rotation. If it rotates clockwise, it is a right-hand corrosion-resistant, high-temperature fan; if it rotates counterclockwise, it is a left-hand corrosion-resistant, high-temperature fan. Additionally, they can be classified based on their intake direction. Using this method, we can distinguish between single-stage impeller roof fans and double-stage impeller roof fans. Generally, under the same conditions, the latter should generate twice the air pressure of the former. However, there are many other classification methods for corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant fans. For example, they can be distinguished by their name, model, rotation direction, drive method, and outlet position.
