Ensure that the impeller is securely fixed to the bearings. During the initial operation and all routine inspections, check the impeller for cracks, wear and other defects. The impeller must be kept clean; dust and rust must be removed regularly using a wire brush. If the unit is operated for an extended period, dust will not adhere evenly to the impeller, leading to a loss of balance, fan vibration and bearing failure. After repairing the impeller, dynamic balancing must be carried out again. Before performing dynamic balancing, it is essential to ensure that all fixing bolts are tightened. If the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have become loose. The axial position of the propeller must be checked in accordance with the installation specifications for the centrifugal corrosion-resistant fan and the dimensions of the collector inserted into the propeller inlet ring. Check the radial clearance between the collector and the sleeve. Adjust the collector or sleeve as necessary to ensure the correct clearance. This ensures that the side panels of the housing air chamber are correctly positioned relative to the main shaft and the main shaft seal.
