2. Maintenance of the housing and intake chamber
Apart from regular checks for heavy wear and the removal of heavy dust from the chassis and intake chamber, these components do not require maintenance.
Regularly check all fixing bolts and adjust the foot springs to the installation height specified in the drawings.
3. Maintenance of the Main Shaft and Coupling
The main shaft must be kept clean.
Particular attention must be paid to the position of the shaft end seals where the main shaft passes through the side panels of the inlet.
These areas may corrode due to condensation caused by minor air leaks.
If the centrifugal anti-corrosion fan becomes unbalanced over time, please check the flatness of the main shaft as far as possible. The coupling must be kept clean, and the tightness of the connection must be checked regularly.
4. Maintenance of the Bearing Assembly
Please check the oil supply and lubrication of the bearings frequently. If there is a leak from the reservoir, tighten the end cover bolts.
If this is not possible, the seal must be replaced.
When using standard bearing grease, it must be replaced at least once every six months.
Please check this at least once every six months.
Daily maintenance and servicing of centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans. The above brief overview covers centrifugal corrosion-resistant fans. The maintenance of stainless steel fans is of great importance, and regular inspection and servicing are also essential.
