As a rotating device, coaxial duct centrifugal fans are used to regulate dust and maintain a cool environment by adjusting two different pressure values, such as those found in home air conditioners and microwave ovens. To some extent, the machine dissipates heat, thereby reducing losses caused by high temperatures. Coaxial duct centrifugal fans are essentially variable-flow, constant-pressure devices. Under certain speed conditions, the theoretical pressure-flow curve of a coaxial duct centrifugal fan must be a straight line. Due to internal losses, the actual characteristic curve is affected by the curvature of the centrifugal fan inlet. Changes in air temperature or density can have a significant impact. For a specific airflow rate, lower air temperature (lower air density) results in lower pressure. For a given pressure-flow characteristic curve, the output and flow characteristics of a coaxial duct centrifugal fan are determined at a specific speed. During operation, relative to the specified flow rate, the required output increases as the intake air temperature decreases. Coaxial duct centrifugal fans require frequent flow adjustments based on the host machine’s load. Currently, energy-saving adjustment methods for coaxial duct centrifugal fans in stone processing enterprises are relatively outdated, with throttle valves generally being used. When using throttle valves, the flow of the coaxial duct centrifugal fan is primarily adjusted by the control valve or throttle plate. The fan has a large throttle flow, and at low loads, the throttle opening can exceed 50%. Since this operation occurs outside the high-efficiency range and involves significant throttling losses, energy waste is severe. However, by adjusting the speed of the coaxial duct centrifugal fan, throttling losses can be reduced, allowing the fan to operate consistently within the high-efficiency range. Speed-controlled operation of coaxial duct centrifugal fans reflects a new trend in the construction industry and is an effective method for energy conservation. To ensure the coaxial duct centrifugal fan operates effectively, factors that may hinder its operation must be eliminated at all times to avoid environmental interference. The fan must not be disconnected from the power supply; please take care to protect the power cord during use. To prevent circuit burnout, do not use multiple high-power appliances simultaneously. This is detrimental to the machine’s normal operation.
