1. Causes: (1) Poor lubrication of high-temperature box fans can lead to excessive wear. (2) Lubricating oil may carry metal particles into the bearing, causing damage to the bearing and wear in the bearing raceway. (3) Deformed bearing installation, loose bearing bolts, shaft bending, or excessive dynamic imbalance of the rotor can cause uneven wear on the bearing, resulting in an elliptical or conical shape. 2. Solutions: If the wear area is less than 1 m², turning and grinding can be performed to repair the metal of the busbar. If the wear area exceeds 1 m², welding repairs must be performed before cutting and maintenance. Regarding the integrity of high-temperature box-type fans, it is essential not only to resolve existing issues but also to implement preventive measures. By following proper operating procedures, the occurrence of failures can be reduced, eliminating the need for preventive maintenance.
