Proper Solutions for Oil Leaks in High-Temperature Centrifugal Fans

High-temperature centrifugal fans have a wide range of applications. During actual operation, lubricating oil is applied to the fan to reduce friction-induced resistance and provide power, thereby enhancing its efficiency. However, some users have reported oil leaks. What should be done in such cases? 1. High-temperature centrifugal fans 2. If the seals of the high-temperature centrifugal fan are worn, causing oil leakage at the shaft end, the machine’s seals must be replaced. 3. If the oil level in the tank is too high, oil will leak from the outlet; the oil level must be lowered. 4. If the exhaust port of the high-temperature centrifugal fan is blocked, causing oil leakage from the housing, the exhaust port must be cleaned of dust, and a perforated filter must be installed in the central opening. 5. When the pressure of the high-temperature centrifugal fan exceeds the specified value, adjust the system pressure to normal levels. If oil leakage occurs in the high-temperature centrifugal fan, it must be resolved promptly to minimize oil loss and ensure operational efficiency. Oil leakage may affect performance during operation. Therefore, in harsh operating environments, regular maintenance and cleaning are recommended.
