Why Are High-Pressure Centrifugal Fans Widely Used?

Currently, to optimize the design of high-pressure centrifugal fans and provide useful reference materials for improving the efficiency of propeller-driven machinery, high-pressure centrifugal fans can be classified into several types based on their actual applications. Therefore, in industrial production, high-pressure centrifugal fans serve as critical process equipment for supplying gas energy, playing a vital role in the national economy and daily life, with relatively high market demand. How can we determine the actual utilization rate of high-pressure centrifugal fans? Currently, the key feature of high-pressure centrifugal fans is their ability to restore pressure within the vortex by improving the connection between the low-pressure and high-pressure zones. High-pressure air flows toward the low-pressure zone, thereby increasing the initial pressure of the centrifugal fan and the pressure differential between the high- and low-pressure zones. The current low-noise high-pressure centrifugal fan, which incorporates a return spring, fixed block, bracket, and motor assembly, has improved operational performance. Additionally, the installation of a practical cleaning filter effectively filters and removes dust accumulated on the surface. Consequently, by utilizing the centrifugal fan system, dust on the filter surface can be automatically removed, effectively enhancing the overall performance of the high-pressure centrifugal fan. Through the practical application of high-pressure centrifugal fans, displacement between the motor output shaft and the center plate can be effectively prevented, and the vibration intensity of the motor output shaft can be balanced. This results in more stable rotation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan and provides better shock absorption and noise reduction effects. Currently, in research on the airborne noise of existing high-pressure centrifugal fans, the design aims to simplify the airborne noise generated by the fan’s vortex. This approach offers practical benefits, is easy to install and maintain, and has been widely promoted and adopted.
