1. Before disassembly, in addition to preparing disassembly tools and materials, the stainless steel fan used for conveying gas and other harmful gases must have its inlet and outlet pipe valves securely closed, and blind plates should be installed as needed. If both the inlet and outlet are downward, water can be drained. Since the water level in the water seal is relatively high, measures must be taken to prevent harmful gases inside the pipeline from leaking into the workshop.

2. When removing the pressure from the lubrication battery equipment fan, drain the lubricating oil and filter before cooling, and remove the flange connecting the oil pipe and valve body.

3. To prevent damage to mechanical components, keep the upper cover or rotor in a horizontal position. Do not disassemble the longitudinal joint of the battery unit's fan housing. When cooling the cast iron casing that carries hot air, the upper casing must be lifted after it has cooled inside the housing.

4. Before removing the sliding bearing, measure the bushing clearance and the sliding surface clearance. Before peeling off the label, measure the seal clearance.

5. When disassembling, confirm whether the separated parts are marked. For components that require printing but have not been printed, printing must be applied at the designated repair location. Among the battery equipment fan components requiring printing, in addition to parts where positional deviation and orientation misalignment are not permitted, include buttons, outer covers, bushings and their support rings, couplings and their pins, and inlet components of the battery equipment fan that affect balance. Through removable stainless steel, the axial flow blades of the battery equipment fan

6. After disassembly, the parts need to be cleaned to remove dirt.
