Applications of Wear-Resistant High-Pressure Centrifugal Fans in Flat-Roof Warehouses

In recent years, a wide variety of wear-resistant high-pressure centrifugal fan systems have emerged. However, due to their large capacity and low energy consumption, these fans are particularly favored for use in large-scale storage facilities. Air separation is used to remove impurities. By leveraging the difference in specific gravity between particles and lighter impurities, movable wear-resistant high-pressure centrifugal fans are employed to remove impurities. Air separation has a long history of use in impurity removal, with numerous methods available. Simply install an axial fan at the unloading point of the conveyor belt. By adjusting the airflow based on the distance between the wear-resistant high-pressure centrifugal fan and the material, impurities can be effectively removed. Low grain moisture content: Although grain from the same batch entering the silo belongs to the same variety, there are certain differences in production sites, storage duration, moisture content, and impurities. Additionally, during prolonged storage, if the grain in the silo is exposed to heat and moisture, hidden risks may arise during the storage process. Generally, the ventilation requirements and technical parameters during this period must comply with the “Technical Specifications for Grain and Oil Storage.” It is advisable to use a grain cooler for initial cooling. To reduce costs, wear-resistant high-pressure centrifugal fans can also be used for ventilation; this method does not require low-temperature storage and is simple to implement, but it demands strict adherence to ventilation schedules and atmospheric parameters. During this period, short-term ventilation serves two purposes. First, it balances the temperature and humidity within the warehouse, effectively preventing localized condensation and overheating, and sets a solid foundation for the subsequent storage phase. Second, it allows for the timely detection of issues within the grain piles. After ventilation, high-temperature spots detected by the microcomputer can be located promptly, enabling timely inspection and resolution to prevent potential hazards.
