1. The thickness of the outer protective layer primarily serves to resist external environmental factors and material effects. It typically consists of a waterproof layer and a resin-rich layer, providing corrosion resistance and leak prevention.


2. The key aspects of the substrate involve the raw materials requiring surface corrosion protection, the quality of the substrate itself, and the selection of materials. This includes the choice of corrosion-resistant adhesive materials for motors and the corrosion protection quality of fiberglass.


3. The bonding layer primarily bonds the FRP anti-corrosion layer to the substrate, ensuring shear strength between them. Common materials for concrete and stainless steel surfaces include epoxy resin and vinyl ester resin.


4. The epoxy mortar layer primarily repairs surface defects in the substrate, enhancing the FRP anti-corrosion coating's deformation resistance under external loads. Epoxy mortar primarily consists of epoxy resin and fillers such as quartz powder, ceramic powder, lightweight calcium carbonate, fumed silica, and hollow glass microspheres.


5. The FRP coating layer primarily enhances the physical properties of the anti-corrosion coating by improving waterproofing performance. This ensures consideration of in-situ stress and strain patterns, thereby elevating the coating's water resistance characteristics.


Therefore, it is widely recognized that the corrosion-resistant materials required for processing corrosion-resistant fans primarily include multiple layers, such as the outer protective layer thickness, substrate, epoxy resin cement mortar layer, FRP corrosion-resistant enhancement layer, and bonding layer.


Only by considering these multiple layers can the key technologies of the fan sufficiently guarantee and reasonably enhance its application efficiency.
