Xin Feng Mini-Classroom -- How to Properly Assemble Anti-Corrosion Fans?

Anti-corrosion fan maintenance must be performed during scheduled maintenance periods, excluding normal operation times.  You must follow the specified process for assembly and installation, but the correct procedure must be used when assembling anti-corrosion fans.

1. Pay attention to the anti-corrosion impeller of the entire unit. Place the ironing board and leveling device on the foundation pad.

2. During two-stage assembly, ensure the laser-cut surfaces of the base are well-maintained, free of rust, and without deformation. When placing the base on the foundation, use a corner transformer core to level the ground.

3. The rolling bearing plate must be tightly connected to the base, with surface flatness not exceeding 0.2/1000. Leveling the shaft is measured precisely by the main shaft bearing, with underwater leveling not exceeding 0.3/1000.  This flatness is measured precisely in the horizontal direction of the support plate.

4. Before cutting the corrosion-resistant fan, in addition to aligning the motor rotor centerline with the casing centerline, adjust the clearance between the impeller and the inlet pipe of the flame-stabilizing centrifugal fan, as well as the clearance between the main shaft bearing of the corrosion-resistant fan and the left rear hole shaft. These must also comply with technical documentation requirements.

5. When disassembling and assembling the corrosion-resistant fan wheel cover, locate the front cover's influence based on the rotor centerline.  Simultaneously, the radial and axial clearances between the impeller bridge inlet hole and the cabinet bridge inlet hole are specified in the technical documentation to maintain standard levels. Ensure the grounding device nuts are securely tightened.  The axial clearance is uniformly distributed, with a diameter of 1/100 of the impeller straight passage. The standard value ranges from 1.5/1000 to 3/1000 of the impeller straight passage diameter. Utilize the notch value to develop power engineering frequency.
