Recently, Lu Yujie, an employee from our workshop's cutting team, faced a sudden family emergency when his mother was rushed to hospital with a cerebral haemorrhage, her condition critical. Confronted with substantial medical expenses, this already financially strained household found itself in dire straits. Upon learning of this situation, the company's Charity Fund Management Committee promptly took action. They thoroughly investigated Lu Yujie's family circumstances and his mother's medical condition, swiftly organising a fundraising initiative.

 From senior management to every member of staff, the entire company rallied to extend a helping hand, responding wholeheartedly to the appeal for donations. Contributions for Lu Yujie's mother poured in through various channels, including the company donation box and WeChat payment codes. Within this single day alone, over ten thousand yuan in donations was received. Combined with the ten thousand yuan from the Love Fund, this amounts to over twenty thousand yuan in compassionate support for Lu Yujie's mother. Behind these figures lies the profound care shown by Xinfeng employees towards a colleague in need, vividly embodying the spirit of "when one person faces hardship, many open their purses".
