To further deepen the study and implementation of the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and to drive high-quality development through high-calibre Party building, the Second Party Branch of the Zhaoqing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology visited Guangdong Xinfeng Fan Co., Ltd. on 26 November 2025 to jointly conduct a Party Day activity themed "Party Building Leads to Cohesive Strength". Attendees included Li Xia, Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Committee of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Second-Level Researcher, Second-Level Researcher Xia Binghong, and other leading officials alongside representative Party members.

On-site inspection of production processes

At the outset of the event, Secretary Li Xia of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied by General Manager Wu Manhui and the management team of Xinfeng Fan, first visited the production workshops to conduct an on-site inspection of the enterprise's manufacturing processes.

After attentively hearing the enterprise's report, Secretary Li Xia of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology provided practical guidance by diagnosing the enterprise's challenges and charting its course, drawing upon the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee.

In response to the enterprise's concerns, Secretary Li provided detailed guidance and jointly established specific implementation pathways and actionable items for next year.
