Xin Feng Mini Lesson--- What Situations Trigger Emergency Shutdown of Stainless Steel Fans

When should a stainless steel fan undergo emergency shutdown? During unit commissioning, if any of the following critical conditions occur, immediate shutdown and follow-up measures are mandatory.

1. Scratches or abnormal friction noises detected inside the stainless steel fan housing

2. Sudden intense vibration exceeding specified trip thresholds, triggering shutdown

3. Low oil level in the stainless steel fan reservoir accompanied by air ingestion

4. Oil pressure dropping below alarm thresholds without recovery, potentially causing emergency shutdown

5. Smoke emanates from any bearing or seal, or bearing temperature sharply rises to the alarm threshold.

6. Axial displacement progressively increases until reaching the alarm threshold, triggering shutdown.

Should any of these issues occur during operation, implement emergency shutdown procedures promptly to prevent secondary failures from improper handling and ensure continuous fan operation.
