Xin Feng Mini Lesson--- How to Address Oil Leaks in Stainless Steel Fans

Oil leaks in stainless steel fans can easily disrupt equipment operation. Should a leak occur during use, prompt action is essential to minimize its impact swiftly and effectively. So how should fan oil leaks be properly handled?

1. Blocked ventilation ports can cause oil to leak into the housing. Clear the ventilation ports and install a perforated plug in the intermediate cavity.

2. If the fan's air pressure exceeds specified limits, adjust the pressure to normal levels.

3. If the oil level in the tank is relatively high, it may cause oil leakage from the outlet of the stainless steel fan. Therefore, the oil level in the stainless steel fan should be lowered.

4. Oil leakage at the shaft end due to wear at the sealing points of the stainless steel fan requires replacing the seals of the fan equipment. When oil leakage occurs in the stainless steel fan, the above methods can resolve the issue. Before starting the stainless steel fan, conducting relevant inspections can effectively prevent oil leakage during operation, thereby better ensuring the normal functioning of the fan equipment.
