Long-range sprayers are dust suppression equipment with outstanding characteristics and performance, capable of meeting dust suppression requirements in various environmental settings. Their performance features are described below.

1. Powerful airflow, long-range projection, strong penetration, wide coverage, high operational efficiency, and rapid spraying speed. When spraying dust at stockpiles prone to dust generation, the fine mist particles easily adsorb dust particles upon contact, achieving rapid dust suppression and reduction.

2. Multiple power supply options available, including three-phase mains power or diesel generator sets.

3. Flexible installation: Can be mounted on concrete/steel platforms, towed mobile trailers, or integrated onto water truck transport vehicles. Features flexible, safe, and reliable operation with adjustable horizontal rotation and vertical tilt angles (adjustable up/down angles can be customized based on site conditions).

4. The long-range sprayer is convenient, durable, and highly adaptable, particularly suited for dust suppression in areas with multiple conveyor belts, complex or variable layouts, and high dust generation. It also offers advantages of large spray coverage and reduced operator workload.

6. Water quality requirements: Suspended solids ≤50 ppm, pH 6-8. When using other special water sources, auxiliary facilities or equipment adjustments can be implemented based on water supply conditions.
