Daily Maintenance of Air Conditioning Package Fans

The operating area of air conditioning package fans should always be kept clean, and their exterior should also remain clean.

Avoid exposing the machine's inlet and outlet to dirt. Periodically perform simple cleaning of the air conditioning unit fan and remove accumulated dust inside.

The air conditioning unit fan should only operate when functioning properly. Simultaneously, the power supply equipment must provide sufficient capacity and stable voltage. Operation under unstable power conditions is strictly prohibited.

The power supply cable should be dedicated; unreliable wiring is not acceptable.

During operation, if abnormal noises, motor malfunctions, or failure to start despite power supply are detected, immediately halt the unit and conduct fan testing.

Implement shutdown protection while the fan is still running. After repairs, test-run the fan for 10 minutes to ensure normal operation before resuming full service.

Based on the operating environment of the air conditioning unit fan, components often require protection, such as inserting lubricants between moving parts.

To ensure smooth operation of the air conditioning unit fan, maintain the increased frequency to prevent interference with normal functioning. Stop the operation of the heat recovery fresh air exchanger when oil is depleted.
